1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jihh, an online gaming platform operated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and jihh (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jihh website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jihh. Creating or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and cancellation of any pending transactions or bonus awards. jihh employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify multi-accounting and other prohibited activities.

Your jihh account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other individual or entity under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify jihh immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. jihh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Requirements

jihh accepts deposits via electronic payment methods available to Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through participating Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other payment processors as may be made available from time to time. 3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

You may request withdrawal of your account balance, subject to these Terms, at any time through the withdrawal methods available on the jihh platform. All withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your legal name and verified through our account verification process. For security and regulatory compliance, jihh requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per time period are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method. jihh aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for electronic wallet withdrawals and within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for bank transfers, subject to completion of all verification requirements. Processing times may be extended for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds or requiring additional verification.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention

jihh operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. You agree that all funds deposited to your jihh account originate from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds from illegal activities. jihh reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, and to request additional documentation or information regarding the source of your funds.

Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for deposits. In cases where this is not possible due to payment method limitations, jihh may require alternative verification procedures. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent use of the platform for money transmission purposes. This requirement may be increased at jihh's discretion for accounts exhibiting suspicious activity patterns.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

4.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

jihh offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed in the promotional materials and on the jihh promotions page. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only or to the sum of the deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the particular promotion. Different games contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. 4.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

If you choose to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements associated with a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, all active bonuses are automatically cancelled. jihh's determination regarding bonus eligibility, compliance with bonus terms, and suspected bonus abuse is final and binding.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

5.1 Game Rules and Fair Play

All gaming activities on the jihh platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are available through the game information sections and help pages. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. All games offered by jihh use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer platforms from licensed providers, ensuring fairness and randomness of outcomes in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and represent the theoretical long-term payout ratio. Actual results in any individual gaming session may vary significantly from the published RTP due to the inherent variance in gambling outcomes. Game results are final and binding once determined by the game system, except in cases of obvious technical malfunction or error.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jihh platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms: irregular betting patterns that indicate collusion, fraud, or use of automated betting systems; using software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or exploit vulnerabilities; manipulating game outcomes through technical means; exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain; engaging in chip dumping or other forms of collusion in peer-to-peer games; charging back or reversing deposits after funds have been wagered; and any other activity that jihh reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

If jihh detects or reasonably suspects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, void any associated wagers, confiscate account balances, and report suspected criminal activity to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by jihh or regulatory authorities.

6. Technical Issues, Malfunctions, and Disputes

6.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, software error, or other technical problem that affects game results or account transactions, jihh reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore accounts to their status immediately prior to the malfunction. If a game outcome is affected by a technical malfunction, the game round will be void and all wagers returned to affected accounts. jihh is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, power outages, software bugs, or hardware malfunctions on either our systems or your devices.

You acknowledge that internet-based gaming carries inherent technical risks, including potential interruptions in service, data transmission errors, and varying connection speeds. It is your responsibility to ensure that your internet connection and devices meet the minimum requirements for accessing jihh Services. jihh provides no warranty regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and assumes no liability for any technical issues that may arise during your use of our Services.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred in connection with your account or any game outcome, you must notify jihh customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the alleged error by providing all relevant details, including transaction IDs, timestamps, and descriptions of the issue. Failure to report disputes within this timeframe may result in waiver of your right to dispute the matter.

jihh will investigate all properly submitted disputes in good faith and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. Our customer support team's decision on disputes is final and binding, except where Philippine law provides for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jihh Services shall be governed by Philippine law and, if not resolved through customer support channels, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

7.1 jihh's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

jihh reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; violation of bonus terms or other policies; suspected fraudulent activity or abuse; failure to provide requested verification documents; chargebacks or payment disputes; prohibited activities as defined herein; self-exclusion requests; or regulatory compliance requirements.

Upon account closure initiated by jihh for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to confiscate any account balance, void pending wagers, cancel bonuses, and refuse any future service. If account closure is not related to breach of Terms, any legitimate account balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees or charges will be returned to you using a payment method of your choosing from those available.

7.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting jihh customer support. Upon your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals, settle any open wagers, and return your legitimate account balance to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Account closure is typically finalized within seven (7) business days of the request, though this timeframe may be extended if further verification or processing is required.

For responsible gaming purposes, players who wish to self-exclude from gambling may request account suspension or permanent closure through our Responsible Gaming program. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jihh Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar automated data gathering or extraction methods; copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or software obtained from jihh; or frame or mirror any portion of the jihh platform without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JIHH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

jihh Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. jihh does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jihh Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines posted on the jihh platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jihh regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
